LAB's Permitted Use Conditions

You have the right to post comments and upload images and video material to the LAB website ("Posts"). In doing so, you must adhere to the following guidelines:

1. You must maintain a polite, pleasant and respectful tone and environment. Personal insults or attacks or offensive Posts are not acceptable.

2. Refrain from publishing personal information about yourself, such as your last name, phone number, home address, email address, college or university, company or change your workplace.

13. You may not download any file submitted by another user that it is illegal or you should know to copy, display, perform and/or distribute in this way.

14. You may not download publications or other files that contain harmful computer code such as viruses, trojan horses, worms, undo bots, spyware, corrupted files or other similar or potentially harmful software, devices or programs that may damage the operation of another computer or property or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the LAB system or network or engage in hacking, eavesdropping, password mining or any other activity intended to gain unauthorized access to the systems or to data, including personal data.

15. You may not falsify or remove any copyright management information, such as author attributions or proprietary designations or markings in software or other material of origin or source.

16. You must not interfere with, restrict or prevent another user's use of the website or its features, for example by overloading the system with an unreasonable number of requests, launching denial-of-service attacks, or by downloading or sending viruses or other malicious software .

17. You must not create a false identity or otherwise impersonate another person.

Regarding permitted use questions, complaints or comments must be sent directly to Pivot Point as set forth below. Do not send questions, complaints or comments to other users. Since Pivot Point does not moderate messages, we cannot address concerns unless you send them directly to us.

If you have any questions or comments about our Permitted Use Terms or want to report a violation of this Code of Conduct, please contact us as described below. As a result of a violation of our Acceptable Use Policy, we may immediately suspend or permanently block a user's access to the Website and/or its features. Pivot Point does not guarantee that the user will receive a warning before being suspended or blocked. Pivot Point also maintains a history of all conduct violations and processes violation reports in light of this history.
